To further expand our business and better serve the market, AEEC International Pty Ltd [trading as Australian Equity Exchange Centre (AEEC)] , (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is pleased to announce that, in compliance with the Corporations Act 2001 and the requirements of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), the Company has officially appointed TelpyX Pty Ltd  as an Authorized Representative. This authorization allows TelpyX Pty Ltd to carry out all general services permitted under the scope of the Company’s AUSTRAC Account Number (AAN) 100620160

All activities performed by the Authorized Representative within the scope of this authorization will be subject to the Company’s supervision and will strictly adhere to Australian regulations including AUSTRAC and ASIC compliance requirements. The Company remains further committed to fulfilling its obligations by reviewing and overseeing the business activities of the Authorized Representative to ensure compliance with the principles of fairness, equity, and transparency in the market.
